About the project

Rachel and Émile both work for the Canadian Security Services. They are the parents of two daughters and lead a stable family life. However, their daily routine is shattered when a shooting erupts near the American consulate. Evidence reveals that the SSC have been infiltrated, within one of their high-level divisions, by a “mole” working for the CIA. Rachel and Émile realize that the attack targeted a pacifist political dissident who immigrated twenty years ago from an Arab emirate and is known for his violence toward his opponents. This man and his family are now threatened from all sides. At the same time, Émile is assigned a secret mission by his superiors: to identify the CIA double agent among them. In addition, the couple is tasked with discovering who is behind the shooting and whether further attacks are being planned.
